A)you must audition to be added as a producer to our beat shop there are two ways to audition you can email us at GenNextbeats@gmail.com or you can audition at the admins beatshop blog just reply to the blog with the reason or reasons we should add you to our beatshop
Q) How do i enter the music contest?
A) Just create a profile and upload original music. Admin and judges select 4 artist monthly to compete in a contest for best hip hop song.

Q) How do i get my song played on the homepage?
A) Gennext music.com staff members will surf through gennextmusic.com users pages for songs and content suitable for the homepage. We will ask for your permission to feature your song on a random playlist on the homepage.We dont pay any royalties as this feature is only meant to help the artist with some free promotion.

Q) How do i edit my profile?
A) You may edit your profile by bringing in a code to your "PERSONAL INTEREST" section in the "about me " category.
Q) Is this site just for musicians?
A) The main focus is on helping musicians, however with our many features such as pictures, video, blogs,chat, articles, and job postings make this site suitable for social networking for all.
Q) My MP3 File is playing distorted or not playing at all.
A) This may have to do with the quality of the mp3 files,The files may have been created with low quality and the mp3 conversion is not good. We are currently working hard on resolving this issue. NOTE: Some files play better on Firefox or Chrome browsers.

Rules and Regulations
Members may vote 6 times per day. Members may invite others to join
and vote, but never pay people to vote for them. Use of false accounts
are prohibitted. GenNextMusic.com reserves the right to change the rules
or add more specifics at any time.
GenNextMusic reserves the right to exclude, disqualify or deny prizes to
users who are suspected of cheating.
GenNextMusic.com will not disclose our methods of determining invalid votes.
This month the Music Contest will run from July1st through July 30th 2009.
The winner will be announced and acknowledged on the home page.
The winner will get his/her choice of prize shipped immediately and the new
Music Contest will begin on August 1st.
